From First Day to First Sale is a free course by Shopify that teaches students how to build an online business.

Shopify approached me to design the video covers for its latest course, From First Day to First Sale. The challenge was to find a visual language for the covers. Each needed to work in small and larger sizes and communicate what each lesson was about. Most importantly, they all needed to feel part of a cohesive set.

I used the photos provided and developed a language with minimal text, big typography and visuals to tell a different story on each cover while still making them feel like part of a branded product. I helped the team produce all covers and worked with photo retouching, photo manipulation, and illustration.
